Darion Roberts
Keyboardist - Songwriter - Composer
Darion Roberts graduated from Berklee College of Music in May of 2018 with a degree in Professional Music, with concentrations in performance and songwriting. He plays in and writes for several projects with various genres, including neo soul and progressive rock.
Darion’s debut solo album is entitled ‘Destinations’ and is currently being recorded. It is a six-track record that includes progressive rock tunes, a pop ballad, and a multi-movement epic to close it out. Stay tuned for updates!
Garnet: Progressive Rock
Garnet is Darion's progressive rock band for which he writes all the music. The group is currently made up of him and other Berklee alumni. Their debut album, Trajectory, features the Roli Seaboard for all keyboard parts, and is now out on streaming platforms everywhere!
Dominant Funktion: Neo Soul
Dominant Funktion is an instrumental neo-soul band for which Darion plays keyboards. The band is led by saxophonist Kevon Scott, who also writes the music they play. They have released their debut album, The Living Room, and their EP entitled Colors.
